They've got a good selection of lunch foods - burgers, fish, nuggets, chicken tenders, wings, sandwiches, fries, etc. They also have various ice cream options, as well as a drink cooler, and some snack options. For someone in town looking for somewhere to stop for lunch or ice cream, it's affordable and the food is good. They've always been friendly to me and even began stocking malt vinegar when I requested it with their fried haddock & fries meal. If you like wings, try the teriyaki wings - a local bar was apparently voted years ago as having the best wings compared to some other businesses in the region, but I've had wings from both businesses many times and absolutely prefer the wings here. When I requested extra teriyaki sauce, they'd practically drown the wings in sauce (to my delight). It's nice to have affordable food with good portions in the area, so I fully recommend them.

The Corner reminds me of a store in the town I grew up in, perfect for a quick bite, everything is made fresh, and they also have great ice cream, I would highly recommend if you are in the area

Hungry for a quick lunch or dinner? They have more than just ice cream. Not to mention a liquor store next door as well. Tables are available again(they were removed during Covid). And during the warmer weather you can sit out on the porch and watch the world go by.

The food was a good price and delicious, they have a large selection of different types of food. The owners are friendly. I’ve been here a couple times in the 6 weeks I’ve been in NY for a summer camp I’m working at. This’ll definitely be the spot for when my friends and I have off days next summer!

Lou is the nicest guy in ELDRED, NY ! Great friendly service at "THE CORNER " The best selection of ICE CREAM and the biggest METS FAN IN THE WORLD ! Visit his shop, he has a big selection from paninis, burgers & chicken! Even CHURROS .. You can even grab a cold Beer ...My family and I loved his shop, we will be back ! THANK YOU

Shout out to Lou the owner he's awesome! I accidently left my wallet at the shop and he went above and beyond to try and get it to me. The staff is great and the delicious ice cream is just the cherry on top :)
